Commission-based Client Experience Representative

Rockridge Digital is looking for a commission-based Business Development Representative to help us with driving new business for the agency. This role is a combination of a business development and client expectation management. You’ll work alongside senior Digital Delivery leaders, to research target companies, assist with pitch preparation, and conduct outreach to prospective clients. The success of this role will be assessed based on the volume of new business generated and the growth of account billings.
Responsibilities
Candidates can look forward to regular client/prospect contact, as well as contact with senior company leadership. You’ll be prospecting for new business, and will participate in the pitching process.
- Conduct research on prospect companies;
- Prepare pitch materials, customized to the prospect;
- Outreach to prospects through multiple channels, including social media, email, phone
- Track and manage opportunities in the CRM system (Hubspot)
- Coordinating with senior leadership on pitches – organization, preparation, briefing, presentation editing
- Follow-up with prospects to close the deals or assist leadership with closing the deals
Skills/Experience
- Prior business development experience required;
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- Strong account research skills;
- Well-developed analytical skills;
- Solid knowledge of client/agency relationship dynamics;
- Professional demeanor;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients;
- Positive, “can do” attitude, along with strong project management skills
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office applications
